The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the arrests of the following individuals:
James Vernon Richardson, 33 of Crookston, for violating a domestic abuse no-contact order within 10 years of a previous conviction.
Fire Calls:
The Crookston Fire Department responded to an alarm at 600 Bruce Street at 8:23 PM Saturday. The cause was a burnt-out motor in the air handling unit.
They were called to the Cobblestone Inn; cologne spray had apparently set off the detector.
