The Crookston High School Knowledge Bowl team finished fourth place in the Northwest Service Cooperative Knowledge Bowl regional competition on Tuesday at Thief River Falls.
The Crookston team consists of Ben Capistran, Xavier Mason, Leah Johanneck, Maddie Harbott, and Tessa Weber. Katelyn Stegman coaches the team.
The top four teams make it to the state competition, with Fosston, Bemidji, and Roseau also advancing. 18 teams competing in the competition.
The Pirate team will advance to the State Competition at Cragun’s Resort near Brainerd April 10-11.
