The keynote speaker will be retired supervisory Border Patrol Agent Alan Zeitvogel who was one of the original committee members that worked to build the Northern Valley Law Enforcement Memorial.

The ceremony will also be attended by community officials and officers from several local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.

The ceremony will include: The presentation of the Colors, reading of roll call for fallen officers, a multi-agency 21 gun-salute, Flag Folding, a helicopter fly-over (availability and weather permitting) and more.
