Red Lake Falls Summerfest 2025 runs July 24-27th

Red Lake Falls Summerfest 2025 is underway. The event started Thursday, July 24, and runs through Sunday, July 27. Red Lake Falls has lots of great family-friendly activities planned for the weekend, and Summerfest Organizer Kelsey Stephens was excited to share a little bit about each day’s events. Thursday night, Stephens says there will be Family Bingo at the American Legion starting at 6:30 p.m., Thibert Chevrolet will have a Cruise Night Car Show, and there will be an Outdoor Movie at The Landing at The Bend.

Friday will not disappoint, Stephens says. “We will be getting all of the food trucks lined up in the morning,” says Stephens. “We will open up at 4:00 p.m. down at the landing.” There is a new food truck this year that adds something different to the mix. “Nelly’s from Thief River, I think they do a lot of wraps. We are excited to have them on board this year,” says Stephens. “We will have Driftwood, and The barge, and we will have a full kitchen in The Landing and a full bar. We will also have two mobile bars by the food trucks for canned beverages and six tap beers.” There is an Adult Corn Hole tournament at 6:00 p.m. sponsored by Red Lake Falls Ambulance, an Alumni Softball Game at 7:00 p.m. at the Varsity Field, and more. Make sure you check out “Eagle Creek,” who will perform at The Landing from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

On Saturday, the Red Lake Falls Fire Department will host breakfast at the American Legion (free-will offering) and then Market View opens up at Voyageur’s View. Stephens says that is only the beginning for Saturday. “The parade Saturday starts at 11:00 a.m. and that usually lasts an hour,” says Stephens. “Then everyone usually spreads out to find food.” An addition to Saturday is Oof-da Tacos. There will be Bounce Houses, a classic car show, a chainsaw carving Demonstration, and more. “We have a volleyball tournament. We are still looking for two teams out of eight to compete in sand volleyball from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.” More Bingo in the afternoon, a live auction, and you can dance to October Road at The Landing on Saturday evening. Admission is free. The weekend finishes out with the Catholic Daughters Breakfast at St. Joseph Church on Sunday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
