Kane Rodrigeuz of Crookston has been arrested and is facing charges after selling drugs to an informant between March and August of 2025.
Rodriguez was arrested on August 14, 2025, and told police officers that he hadn’t been selling drugs long and he was doing it to help people in need. Police found a plastic bag containing white powder, blue baggies, a digital weight scale with white residue, another scale, three baggies with he corners cut, a meth pipe with residue on it, and $3,000 cash.
According to court documents, Rodriguez sold cocaine to an informant six times in six months.
March 12: He sold 3.489 grams of cocaine
June 30: He sold 4 grams of cocaine
July 8: He sold 4 grams of cocaine
July 16: He sold 8.4 grams of cocaine
August 11: He sold 8 grams of Cocaine
August 13: The Informant wanted 14 grams of cocaine. Rodriguez said he should have it by the end of the week or next week.
Rodriguez is facing seven counts of controlled substance crime, one in the first degree and six second-degree.
