This week is homecoming week at Crookston High School, culminating in a pep fest, football game, and homecoming dance on Friday.
Monday will be color war day with the following colors for each group:
Staff – Purple
Seniors – black
Juniors – white
Sophomores – blue
Freshman – red
Eighth graders – yellow
Seventh graders – green
Sixth graders – orange
Coronation will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday for the 9-12 grades in the Crookston High School Auditorium.
Queen candidates – Ashlyn Bailey, Chloe Boll, Ava Martin, Emma LaPlante, Taylor Weiland
King candidates – Reggie Winjum, Zander Luckow, Evan Shockman, Jay Reese, Mason Reitmeier
Pirate Volleyball hosts Fertile-Beltrami – C Squad at 5:00 p.m., J.V. at 6:00 p.m. and Varsity at 7:15 p.m.
TUESDAY – will be PJ Day, and 9-12th-grade boys volleyball
WEDNESDAY – will be jersey day with the Powder Puff game at 1:00 p.m. for the 9-12 graders.
THURSDAY – will be Adam Sandler Day
Pirate Volleyball hosts Red Lake County Central – C squad at 5:00 p.m., J.V. at 6:00 p.m. and varsity at 7:15 p.m.
Pirate Boys Soccer hosts East Grand Forks at KROX Radio Stadium at 7:00 PM
FRIDAY – will have the following –
2:30 PM – Pepfest for all students
6:00 PM – Pirate Football vs Cass Lake-Bena
9:00 – 11:00 PM – Homecoming Dance for 9-12 graders (Admission $10)
