The Crookston Pirate Girls Tennis team held its end-of-the-season banquet on Sunday at Trinity Lutheran Church to wrap up the 2025 season. Memories were shared, seniors were celebrated, and awards were handed out.
Minnesota Coaches Association All-Academic Awards (a senior with a GPA of 3.75 or higher and a positive contributor on the team) were handed out to Chloe Boll, Lucy Smith, Ava Martin, Ashlyn Bailey, Madelyn Anderson, and Taylor Wieland.
The Minnesota State High School League recognized the team for a Gold Academic Award with a team GPA of 3.88!!!
Letter winners included: Kaylen Bedard, Lauren Tull, Lucy Smith, Ava Martin, Logan Brekken, Chloe Boll, Grace Boll, Katie Seaver, Madelyn Anderson, Taylor Wieland, Emelia Hoerner, Taylor Schulz, Ashlyn Bailey, Emma LaPlante, and Nora Groven.
