Zacheria Anthony Ivor Boyer, 31 of Crookston, for domestic assault by strangulation
Joseph Patrick Mooney, 62 of Crookston, for violating a restraining order
Jennifer Courtney Jackson, 44 of Grand Forks, for third-degree drug possession of methamphetamine/amphetamine in a school, park, or public housing zone.
Paul Hans Buttner, 61 of Twin Valley, for terroristic threats, reckless disregard risk.
