Dorothy Mae Johnson, 94 of Hillsboro, ND passed away November 03, 2025 at the Hillsboro Nursing Home.
Dorothy was born on March 30, 1931, in Hallock, Mn to Axel and Vera Jensen. She went to school in Hallock. She met and married the love of her life, Lloyd S. Johnson of Hallock. They were married 52 years and welcomed 3 children: Marlys (Ed) Jacobson of Valley City, ND; Ronald Johnson of Washington; and Craig (Tracy) Johnson of West Fargo, ND. They settled in Climax, MN.
She is survived by one sister, Joyce Berg of Minot and one brother Keith (Gloria) Jensen of Minot; a daughter Marlys (Ed) Jacobson of Valley City and son Craig (Tracy) Johnson of West Fargo, ND; grand-children Jeff Sorlien (Toni) of West Fargo, ND, Becky Johnson of Denver, CO, David Johnson of West Fargo, ND, Mike (Jessica) Johnson of Milliken, CO; as well as several great grandchildren.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, husband Lloyd, son Ronald, and 10 brothers and sisters.
Per Dorothy’s wishes, a family graveside service will be held at the Skatvold Cemetery, Climax. Arrangements by Dahl Funeral Home.
