The Crookston Pirate Girls Basketball team will start the 2025-26 season tonight when they travel to East Grand Forks to take on the defending Section 8A Girls Basketball champion Sacred Heart Eagles.
Crookston is playing its first game of the season after going 7-20 last year. Sacred Heart opened the season with a 73-29 victory over the Northern Freeze on Friday night, after going 24-8 last season.
KROX will have the game at 7:00 p.m. and the RiverView Health pre-game show at 6:30 p.m.
