The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the arrest of the following –
Patrica Kaye Polley, 71 of Winger, for obstructing the legal process, interfering with a peace officer
Michael Anthony Arpa, 37 of Crookston, for possession of pornographic work on a computer.
Guillermo Ramirez, 66 of East Grand Forks, for fourth-degree DUI
Chantelle Lynn Fairbanks, 37 of Crookston, for second-degree alcohol concentration over .10 or more within 12 hours
Joshua Steven Anderson, 39 or St. Hilaire, third-degree driving while impaired with one aggravating factor.
David Carl Swenson, 50 of East Grand Forks, for domestic assault by strangulation.
