Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach (MN-07) announces her office’s participation in the annual Congressional Art Competition and encourages high school students from Minnesota’s Seventh District to participate in it.
“The Congressional Art Competition is an opportunity for high school students across the country to showcase their art. We are excited to once again participate in this competition that highlights the skills and abilities of the young artists in our district,” said Congresswoman Fischbach.
The competition is open to all public, private, charter, and home school students in grades nine through twelve. Winning submissions from each congressional district will be displayed for one year in the tunnel from the U.S. Capitol to the Cannon House Office Building, where they will be viewed by thousands of visitors, tourists, and distinguished Members of Congress. The winners will also be highlighted on Congresswoman Fischbach’s social media.
Additional guidelines and submission instructions are available here. Artwork must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. CT on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
