Call for Applications – At-Large Council Members
The City of Crookston is now accepting applications for individuals interested in serving as At-Large Council Members on the City Council.
At-Large Council Members serve to represent the interests of the entire community, rather than a specific district or ward. We are seeking civic-minded individuals who are committed to public service, inclusive governance, and constructive community engagement.
Qualifications:
- I am eligible to vote in Minnesota.
- I have not filed for the same or any other office at the upcoming primary or general election (except as provided in M.S. 204B, Subd. 1 (2));
- I am, or will be on assuming office, 21 years of age or more;
- I will have maintained residence within city limits for at least 30 days before being appointed.
- I meet any other qualifications for the office prescribed by law
Term of Office:
To fill the unexpired term till December 31, 2026.
How to Apply:
Interested individuals must submit a completed City Council Interest Form outlining their qualifications and vision for the role.
